By accessing fuminds.com, enrolling in courses, or using our interactive tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our site.

2. Academic Admission & Certification

• Enrollment & Fees: Course fees must be settled according to the agreed batch schedule. Fees paid are generally non-refundable once classes commence.
• Attendance & Project Work: To receive an official course completion certificate, students must maintain at least 80% attendance and successfully complete all practical capstone projects.

3. Agency Services & Intellectual Property

All proprietary curriculum, branding, tool software, and codebase on fuminds.com are protected intellectual property. For B2B client software contracts, intellectual property transfers upon full milestone settlement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our free utility tools and calculators are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties. Future Minds Academy is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
