Modernize paper-based system to a digitized, secure online portal. Support bilingual (Bengali/English), complex client-side PDF generation, data integrity/security, and real-time tracking.

- Dynamic Bilingual UI: Custom JS toggler for instant DOM language switching.
- Secure Backend: Firebase Firestore with strict security rules and Authentication.
- Admin Dashboard and Tracking: Real-time admin dashboard and public tracking page.
- Client-Side PDF Generation: Used dom-to-image and jsPDF for mobile-responsive formatting.
